In Genesis 18, the Lord and two angels came to visit Abram, as illustrated in this picture. This is when the Lord tells Sarah she'll have a child by next year. But when the angels got up to leave the Lord tells Abram that he is going to destroy Sodom. Then in vs. 18 it states:
Then Abraham approached him and said: "Will you sweep away the righteous with the wicked?
Now there's a question for you. If you had a group of people and they were not following Jesus..would you eradicate them? Even if there was one righteous. Sometimes it's easier to lump people into categories through the association they have with other people. We have to trust that God is working in the situation and the righteous will continue to live by faith, directing their peers towards God's eternal salvation.
For anyone who ever wanted to stereotype people who you think don't follow Christ.
